1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Vesper Group platform ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Platform. These Terms apply to all users, including partners, visitors, and administrators.

2. Definitions

• "Partnership" refers to the allocation arrangement between the user and Vesper Group.
• "Partner" refers to any registered user who has deposited funds into one or more portfolios.
• "Portfolio" refers to the asset classes available on the Platform: Renewable Energy, Digital Assets, Real Estate, and Gold.
• "Yield" refers to the percentage return on partnership amounts, which varies by tier and market conditions.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to enter into financial agreements in your jurisdiction. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements. Vesper Group reserves the right to verify your identity and refuse service to anyone who does not meet eligibility criteria.

4. Account Registration

To become a partner, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

5. Partnership & Deposits

All deposits are made via manual wallet addresses provided on the Platform. Deposits are subject to administrative review and confirmation. Vesper Group does not guarantee processing times but strives to confirm all deposits within 24–48 hours. Minimum partnership amounts vary by portfolio type and are clearly stated on the Platform.

6. Yields & Profits

Yield percentages are tiered based on your total partnership amount and are subject to change based on market conditions. Stated yields are targets, not guarantees. Past performance is not indicative of future results. Profits are calculated periodically and credited to your dashboard balance. Vesper Group reserves the right to adjust yield structures with reasonable notice to partners.

7. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed manually and may take 3–7 business days. You may withdraw up to your available balance (partnership amount plus accumulated profits). Withdrawal requests are subject to verification. Vesper Group reserves the right to delay withdrawals for fraud prevention purposes.

8. Risk Disclosure

All partnerships involve risk, including the potential loss of principal. The value of holdings in renewable energy, digital assets, real estate, and gold may fluctuate. You should only allocate amounts you can afford to lose. We strongly recommend consulting with a qualified financial advisor before making any partnership decisions.

9. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• • Use the Platform for money laundering or illegal activities
• • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform
• • Provide false or misleading information
• • Interfere with the Platform's operations or security
• • Create multiple accounts for fraudulent purposes

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vesper Group shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform or any partnership activities. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have deposited on the Platform.

11. Modifications

Vesper Group reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
